One of very few loft-style apartments in Athens. We like to call it a micro-loft, occupying the top two levels of a newly built project in Palaio Faliro (in Greek, Παλαιό Φάληρο), one of the southern suburbs of Athens, very close to the sea front promenade.

The property can have up to four bedrooms (two with cupboards, two with walk-in closets) depending on how you, the owner decide to take advantage of the available height provided by the high ceilings. One excellent idea is to leave part of the top level open so that you can peer down to the open plan kitchen/dining and living part of the loft.
